Taking Dialogue from startup in 1994 to a global Mobile Service Provider and still smiling!

Very proud of starting a technology business without external finance. Have taken this business Dialogue Communications (www.dialogue.net) from a spare bedroom in Sheffield UK to an international business employing nearly 100 people.

Very sad that I no longer share this success with my good friend Paul Griffiths 'Griff' who tragically died too young in 2007.

Dialogue has always been about mobile and always about software. We have been involved in SMS since 1994 and probably always will be. It has so much further to go. People in Dialogue are proud and principled and aim for excellence in everything they do.

I'm not done with this business, not by a long way. But I have some opinions now and think it is worth sharing them.
